Terms and conditions of use
The sale terms provided here refer to purchases made on the www.colonnaorologi.com website managed by Fc srl Srl limited liability company, VAT registration number 07384791211, membership no. of the Register of Companies of Naples NA-880518, registered headquarters in via Ferrante Imparato, 451 80143 Napoli.
Purchases are governed by the current Italian regulations and in particular by Legislative Decree dated 6 September 2005, no. 206 (Consumer Code) and by Legislative Decree no. 185/99 (implementation of the EU directive 97/7/EU relative to consumer protection on the matter of distance contracts). Personal data protection is guaranteed according the regulations set out in Legislative Decree dated 30 June 2003, no. 196 (consolidation act on data privacy). When confirming the web order, the Client confirms to have read the current sale conditions online and to have accepted them, authorising Fc Srl to debit the total amount indicated, inclusive of delivery charges.
In Italy, purchases incur a delivery charge of 5 Euros, in European countries part of the EU, the delivery charge is 15 Euros, in the rest of the world 25 Euros.
How to purchase
When the order is confirmed, the client purchases the products as described in the relevant specification information, at the price indicated on the website, with additional fees and delivery charges as shown at the time of purchase. The Client is shown a summary of the unit cost for each product ordered, the total cost, where more than one product is to be purchased, and the relevant delivery charges. After completing the purchase, the Client will receive an email indicating the date, the details of the goods purchased, information regarding the price, the means of payment, the delivery charges and the cancellation policy. Fc Srl accepts orders within the limits of the quantities available in stock; therefore, the acceptance of the order depends upon the actual availability in stock of the given product.
Means of payment
Payment of the selected products and relevant delivery charges is made by the client when confirming the order, through Paypal, which allows the most common credit cards to be used.
When the order is complete, the Client is directed to the relevant payment page. The total amount for the order is charged to the credit card used or to the PayPal account at the moment of order confirmation. Were the order to be cancelled because of a refusal by Fc Srl, the amount will be refunded to the client, on the card used at the moment of purchase, or to the PayPal account. In no stages of the purchase transaction can Lucebianca acquire financial information about the Client: as there is no data exchange, there is no possibility that any data might be intercepted. No Fc Srl database archive contains or stores such data.
The products purchased by the Client are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, as set out by the current regulations. This warranty applies to a product that shows compliance defects that were not detectable at the moment of purchase, as long as the product itself is used correctly and with the required care, i.e. in accordance with its expected use and as set out in the documentation (if present), following the various instructions provided therein.
Right to cancel and exchange the product
The client has the right to withdraw from the concluded agreement within 14 days of receipt of the products, receiving a refund equal to the price of the returned goods, net of delivery costs. To exercise the right to cancel the purchase, the client must communicate his intention to withdraw from the purchase agreement via email at the address firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 working days of receipt of the product, indicating the order number (which can be found in the order summary received by email) and a phone number on which to be contacted.
a. place the intact product and all other items in the original package, writing clearly on the outside information regarding the sender (name, address, email address and phone number) and the order number.
b. wait to be contacted in order to agree a dispatch date and to receive any additional information.
c. after having received the returned product and having verified its undamaged state, Lucebianca will refund the price of the purchased product to the client. The refunded amount does not include delivery charges, unless our responsibility is verified with regards to product defects and / or delays in the initial delivery. The amount will be reimbursed by credit card or PayPal refund.
In the case of the recipient of the product indicated in the order form differing from the person who made the payment, the refund will be made to the person that made the payment.

Online dispute resolution for consumers
The consumer residing in Europe must be aware of the fact that the European Commission has set up an online platform that provides an alternative dispute resolution tool. This tool can be used by the European consumer to resolve by non-judicial any dispute relating to and / or arising from contracts of sale of goods and services entered into the network. Therefore, if you are a European consumer, you can use this platform for the resolution of any dispute rising from the online contract with the owner. Concerned law court
The present contract is governed by Italian law. The Law Court concerned with settling any possible civil disputes is the one in Naples.
Orders can be sent to Italy and to the rest of the world. Products will be sent by Express Courier. Delivery will take place within three working days for Italy (four days for Italian Islands), 8-10 days for the rest of Europe (EU zone). The delivery times are indicative and are in no way binding for Fc Srl;they can vary depending on the order made (for example due to the availability of the product) or for other reasons dependent on the couriers in charge of the dispatching process. At the moment of delivery, the Client should verify that the packet has not been tampered with and that the contents correspond with the description in the accompanying document. Were a discrepancy to be found between the order and the delivery, the Client can exercise the right to cancel the purchase, as set out in the sale terms.
